Wpromote is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive experimentation strategies across client websites. You'll focus on designing A/B tests and delivering data-backed recommendations. This role requires expertise in data analysis and A/B testing.
You have a strong background in conversion rate optimization, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring that they are aligned with business goals and deliver actionable insights. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to interpret results clearly and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a client-facing environment, managing CRO roadmaps, and collaborating closely with Experience Designers and Technical Account Managers. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are proficient in tools like Google Analytics and SQL to analyze user behavior and test outcomes. You are a team player who thrives in a remote-first culture, valuing collaboration and open communication.
Experience with tools such as Optimizely or similar CRO platforms is a plus. Familiarity with user experience design principles and a passion for enhancing digital experiences will set you apart. You are proactive in seeking out new testing opportunities and continuously improving processes to drive better results for clients.
