Aleph is seeking a Risk & Collections Manager to oversee credit risk and collections management across the MENA and African regions. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage the CCR team effectively.
You have a strong background in credit risk management and collections, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes credit decisioning and portfolio risk oversight, allowing you to navigate complex financial landscapes effectively. You possess excellent leadership skills, having managed teams in previous positions, and you thrive in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with global credit governance. You are ambitious and forward-thinking, eager to contribute to a fast-growing, innovative team.
Experience in the digital advertising landscape is a plus, as is familiarity with the MENA and African markets. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on achieving results. As the Risk & Collections Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end credit risk and collections management across the MENA and African regions.
