Who you are

You have a proven track record in ecosystem partnerships, ideally within the AI or technology sectors, and possess a deep understanding of the challenges developers face. Your experience includes working in pre/alpha product-stage go-to-market strategies, demonstrating your ability to adapt to rapidly evolving environments. You are highly self-motivated and ideally have founder experience, which equips you with the skills to navigate unpredictable timelines and manage high autonomy in an applied research setting.

Your empathy for developers' needs drives your approach to partnership development, ensuring that you can effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams. You thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and strategic planning, and you are comfortable working remotely while managing diverse teams across the APAC region.

Desirable

Experience in decentralized technologies or AI is a plus, as is familiarity with open-source development practices. You are excited about the potential of decentralized AGI and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization that values transparency and inclusivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the ecosystem growth lead for a new open intelligence layer of the internet. You will develop and implement strategies for market entry, working closely with the executive team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs). Your responsibilities will include stewarding the development of acquisition funnels and continuously adapting strategies to align with the expanding scope of the ecosystem.

You will facilitate dynamic and meaningful partnerships that enhance the growth of Sentient's decentralized AI platform. This involves engaging with various stakeholders, including developers, community members, and potential partners, to foster collaboration and drive adoption of the platform. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and user feedback to refine growth strategies and ensure they meet the needs of the ecosystem.
