You have 5-9 years of practical experience in data analysis and operations analysis, particularly in the business intelligence domain. Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data effectively, enabling you to derive insights that drive business decisions. You are skilled in building dashboards and visualizing data using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, which helps in monitoring KPIs and suggesting improvements.

Your analytical skills enable you to identify operational challenges and conduct root cause analyses, leading to the formulation of effective solutions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including senior management and logistics teams, to ensure that data-driven insights are translated into actionable strategies. Proficiency in business-level English is essential, and knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate in a diverse environment.

You may have experience in the food delivery, rideshare, or gig economy sectors, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in these industries. What you'll do
