What you'll do

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support for customer banking transactions. This includes opening and closing accounts on the trust accounting system, ensuring that all processes are executed in accordance with company policies. You will handle daily processing of transactions and data input, which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, you will perform system testing and enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Your role will also involve administration and operational support of all accounts under administration, making you a vital part of the team that ensures smooth operations at BitGo Trust Company.
