You have a proven track record in marketing operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. You understand the intricacies of marketing analytics and can leverage data to drive decision-making and improve marketing strategies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. You are passionate about creating a positive impact in your community and fostering an inclusive work environment. Experience in the IoT or connected transportation industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices, and you are comfortable managing budgets and resources effectively.
