Celonis is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee end-to-end implementations of their Process Intelligence technology. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive product adoption and articulate the value proposition to customers. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in a SaaS environment.
You have a proven track record in project management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment. You excel at leading cross-functional teams and have a deep understanding of customer needs and how to address them through technology. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales and engineering teams to drive successful project outcomes. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You are passionate about leveraging data and intelligence to enhance business processes and are eager to contribute to a company that is at the forefront of Process Intelligence technology.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end implementation of Celonis’ technology for our largest and most strategic customers. You will work closely with sales, partners, and value engineering teams to establish the services value proposition and create statements of work during the pre-sales phase. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring that customers understand how to leverage Celonis’ technology effectively. You will lead project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Your role will be critical in helping customers unlock productivity through the use of AI and data-driven insights.
