- 8 years of experience programming in C++ or Python.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with distributed computing, distributed processing and systems infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in software development testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience defining strategy, architecture, and building for complex, large-scale distributed systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and business critical problems, thinking holistically on all the systems involved.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines to ensure a successful landing of solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Mentor and grow the team alongside the next level of leaders.
