Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in an account executive role, where you've successfully closed deals and nurtured client relationships. Your ability to identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions is a key strength. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and technology teams to enhance sales strategies. You are comfortable with inbound selling techniques and have a strong understanding of how to leverage software tools to drive business growth.

Desirable

Experience working with small and mid-sized businesses is a plus, as is familiarity with HubSpot software. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a hybrid or remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline in managing your time and tasks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers in the Nordics region. You will utilize inbound leads while also conducting research to create effective outreach strategies. Running online demos of HubSpot software will be a regular part of your responsibilities, showcasing the value proposition to potential clients. You will consistently aim to close new business at or above quota levels, nurturing relationships with qualified opportunities.

Collaboration is key in this position; you will work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.
