You are a team player who is committed to the mission of Carvana and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with your colleagues.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be beneficial. Experience with wheel repair machines and painting techniques will set you apart as a candidate. What you'll do

As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized tools and techniques. You will operate a wheel repair machine, ensuring that each repair meets the high standards of quality expected by Carvana. Your role will also involve painting and clear-coating wheels to restore their appearance and functionality. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver exceptional results.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be part of a collaborative team environment where communication and teamwork are essential. You will engage with other technicians and staff to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our customers.
