Carvana is seeking an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician to repair deep wheel damage and utilize state-of-the-art tools. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. Your background in autobody work equips you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. You are a team player who is committed to the mission of Carvana and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with your colleagues.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be beneficial. Experience with wheel repair machines and painting techniques will set you apart as a candidate. A willingness to learn and grow within the company is highly valued, as Carvana offers training programs to enhance your skills and career progression.
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized tools and techniques. You will operate a wheel repair machine, ensuring that each repair meets the high standards of quality expected by Carvana. Your role will also involve painting and clear-coating wheels to restore their appearance and functionality. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver exceptional results.
