As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet your sales targets. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field work, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. You will have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, as you achieve your sales goals.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn between $90,000 and $100,000 in your first year through commissions.
