**About the Role**
The Uber Eats Delivery Commercial Operations team is looking for an Analytics role in LatAm to support the DCO Edge team to improve Commercial decisions based on data and develop sophisticated analysis. This role will analyze and build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of programs and potential partners to drive selection strategy and multiply sales headcount productivity.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, acting as a key partner to LatAm DCO Edge team, working closely with regional Commercial Operations, Sales, and Account Management teams to help shape the Delivery sales organization, future direction, and strategy.
**What you'll do:**
1. **Drive regional enablement and reporting:** Localize global analytics, reporting, and planning initiatives to improve decision-making and ensure consistent adoption of global methodologies across LatAm.
2. **Enhance data systems and automation:** Maintain and develop SQL-based automations, dashboards, and tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort across Commercial Operations.
3. **Support strategic planning and segmentation:** Partner with regional and global teams on BoB planning, segmentation, and headcount allocation initiatives to ensure accurate ownership and optimized coverage models.
4. **Deliver high-impact analyses and frameworks:** Support LATAM Delivery Commercial Operations and LATAM Commercial teams with sophisticated analyses, scalable reporting, and data tools that enhance forecasting, quota setting, and sales productivity.
**Basic Qualifications**
1. +5 years of experience in Operations, Business, Analytics, or related fields
2. Strong data analysis, automations, and visualization skills – experience with Sheets, SQL, and Tableau is essential.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage timelines across teams (Asana and/or JIRA).
5. Strategic thinking with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality — ready to dive into details when needed.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish.
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. +5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Strategy & Planning, Business Analytics, or related fields such as:.
2. Ads, CPGs, and marketing products
3. Financial planning
4. Pricing and revenue management.
5. Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Spark, Python, R, AppScripts, and ETL processes is a plus.
6. Knowledge and proven experience in implementing AI-driven solutions is a plus
