Celonis is seeking a Sales Director for the Benelux region to lead revenue growth and manage a team of Account Executives. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within enterprise accounts, and possess deep expertise in driving revenue growth across various industries including Chemicals, Public Sector, and Financial Services. Your experience includes managing and developing sales teams, ensuring sustained success and growth through a consultative sales approach. You excel in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities that inspire your team to achieve their targets. You are adept at collaborating with internal stakeholders and have a strong understanding of both direct and matrix operating structures. Your ability to nurture C-suite relationships sets you apart as a leader in the sales domain.
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and data-driven sales strategies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to innovate and improve sales processes. A background in the CPG or Retail sectors would be beneficial, as would any experience with consultative selling techniques.
As the Sales Director for Celonis in the Benelux region, you will lead a team of approximately five Account Executives, focusing on expanding relationships with existing enterprise customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds revenue targets. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders in Value Engineering and Business Development to drive sales initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities for growth.
