NICE is seeking a Senior Windows System Administrator to maintain and support secure computing platforms and networks. You'll work with Windows and Linux systems in locations including Atlanta, Richardson, and Sandy.
You have extensive experience as a Senior Windows System Administrator, demonstrating your ability to manage secure and highly available computing platforms. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with technical colleagues, and you thrive in environments that require independent work and self-motivation. You are also expected to mentor junior team members and contribute to operational documentation, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
You possess a deep understanding of server operating systems, storage solutions, and cloud environments. Your expertise allows you to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently. You are committed to maintaining the reliability and performance of production infrastructure, ensuring that systems run smoothly and securely.
Your problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to monitor operating environments and respond to incidents proactively. You are familiar with industry best practices and are dedicated to continuous improvement in infrastructure operations.
