As a Demo Engineer at Qualtrics, you will play a crucial role in designing and building scalable solutions on the Qualtrics XM platform. Your responsibilities will include creating demo resources such as dashboards, surveys, integrations, scripts, videos, and presentations that effectively demonstrate the platform's capabilities. You will assist in administering proof of concepts (POCs) for potential customers, which involves uploading their data into a project and building initial dashboards and analytics to present back to the prospect. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the demos align with customer needs and expectations. Additionally, you will document instructions and best practices to enhance the demo process and support future initiatives. Your contributions will help showcase the value of the Qualtrics platform to potential clients, ultimately driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
