Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in operational, quality, or process-centric environments. Your background as a Business Analyst has equipped you with the skills to identify trends, patterns, and root causes effectively. You possess strong analytical abilities that allow you to measure operator accuracy and identify issues such as incorrect labeling and process deviations. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various teams.

You are proficient in SQL, which you use to extract and analyze data to support decision-making processes. Your experience includes documenting processes, creating workflows, and developing business requirements. You have a keen understanding of operational excellence methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, and you are familiar with training design and content development.

Desirable

Experience with quality management systems or defect tracking tools is a plus, as is a solid understanding of operator workflows and labeling processes. You have practical knowledge in training design and are capable of analyzing training outcomes. Proficiency in business English is also beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan and execute A/B tests to validate improvement initiatives within the Ops Improvement team. You will design experiments to assess the effectiveness of various strategies aimed at enhancing operational accuracy. Your responsibilities will include analyzing accuracy data and error trends to identify underlying issues and proposing solutions to improve processes.

You will work closely with the training team to develop educational materials and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives. Collaborating with the Tools & Systems team, you will support enhancements aimed at improving operator accuracy. Your analytical insights will drive the standardization and efficiency of operational processes, contributing to the overall success of the Catalog Ops Improvement team.
