Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Parts Associate to manage parts ordering and storage in their high-tech Inspection Centers. This role requires a valid driver’s license and offers competitive benefits.
You are a motivated individual looking to start your career in the automotive industry. As an entry-level Parts Associate, you are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the needs of the business, including working mandatory overtime when required.
While prior experience in automotive parts is not necessary, any familiarity with automotive terminology or previous roles in customer service would be advantageous. You are open to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career at Carvana.
In your role as a Parts Associate, you will be responsible for ordering parts and identifying the specific components needed for vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will maintain an orderly storage area, ensuring that parts are easily accessible and properly organized. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you record parts needed and assist in the picking process for vehicles. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
You will also participate in training programs designed to help you develop your skills and advance your pay as you grow with the company. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that all parts are received and processed in a timely manner, supporting the overall mission of delivering great vehicles to customers when expected.
