Overview

Instawork is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise partnerships and acquire key accounts. This role requires 7+ years of enterprise sales experience and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 7 years of enterprise sales experience, leading end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation. Your expertise ensures a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation, allowing you to effectively meet client needs. You have a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals exceeding $200K, demonstrating your ability to navigate extended sales cycles of 6 to 12 months. Your deep experience with multi-threaded sales strategies enables you to develop relationships across various departments and leadership levels, ensuring that you can effectively communicate and align with stakeholders. You possess a strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, which are crucial for building lasting business relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring key enterprise accounts and forming channel partnerships that drive growth for Instawork. You will work closely with enterprise businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their workforce requirements. Your strategic thinking will be essential as you identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership. You will engage with clients at various levels, ensuring that you address their unique challenges and deliver value through our AI-powered labor marketplace. Your ability to close deals will be critical, as you will be tasked with navigating complex negotiations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
