Stripe is seeking a Payment Advisors Community Lead to drive engagement with the payment advisors community. You'll work on go-to-market strategies and partnership development. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
You have a strong background in community management and partnership development, ideally with experience in the payments industry. Your excellent presentation skills and demonstrated public speaking experience enable you to engage effectively with diverse audiences. You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Previous or current use of Stripe products is preferred, as is industry experience in sectors such as Retail, Hospitality, Insurance, Media, or Healthcare. You have management experience, leading global teams both directly and indirectly, which equips you to navigate the complexities of a diverse workforce.
As the Payment Advisors Community Lead, you will drive Stripe's engagement with the payment advisors community, focusing on building relationships with firms that assist large and medium businesses with their payment needs. Your role will involve developing go-to-market strategies and enabling partners to monetize payments through various channels, including marketplaces and platforms. You will work closely with partners to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions and activate new business opportunities effectively. Your responsibilities will also include structuring mutually beneficial outcomes through collaboration and ensuring that partners develop profitable businesses on Stripe's platform. You will be instrumental in driving the development of partnerships, including solution design and enablement, to foster growth and success for both Stripe and its partners.
