Honeycomb is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for strategic and enterprise customers. You'll help clients realize business value from their investment in Honeycomb. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a technical background.
You have a proven track record in customer success, particularly in a technical environment, where you've built strong relationships with clients and helped them achieve their business goals. Your experience includes working with enterprise-level accounts, and you understand the importance of aligning customer use cases with product capabilities. You are passionate about technology and have a knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for customers. You thrive in a fully remote environment and are comfortable managing your time and responsibilities autonomously. You are a strong communicator, able to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You believe in the value of observability and are excited about helping customers leverage Honeycomb's platform to improve their operations.
Experience in the observability or developer tools space is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based technologies. You may have a background in software development or engineering, which gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by your customers. A passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to fostering inclusive and collaborative environments are essential traits that you bring to the team.
In this role, you will own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of accounts based in the East Coast Region. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers realize the full value of their investment in Honeycomb. This involves understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable technical strategies. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are effectively using the platform and achieving their desired outcomes. You will also collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements based on feedback. Your role will include conducting regular check-ins with customers, providing training and support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion within your accounts. You will be responsible for tracking customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, ensuring that you are meeting their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
