AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with high-revenue clients. You'll focus on driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships. This role requires a results-driven mindset and experience in strategic account management.
You have a proven track record in managing strategic accounts, ideally with experience in high-revenue environments. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be working with accounts generating over $15B in revenue. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and ensure client satisfaction. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and fostering long-term partnerships. You understand the importance of data security and compliance, especially when dealing with sensitive information.
Experience in the audit, risk, ESG, or InfoSec sectors is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by our clients. Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software will enhance your ability to track progress and manage client interactions effectively. A background in sales or business development will also be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of high-stakes negotiations.
In this role, you will own a dedicated territory of named accounts, focusing on managing and expanding relationships with our most influential clients. You will collaborate with various teams, including Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Engineering, to execute strategies that drive growth and enhance client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing account plans, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and align our solutions with their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential as you work to foster long-term partnerships.
