What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of internal enablement content, ensuring that both human teams and AI systems are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for operational excellence. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored learning experiences that meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include designing training materials, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will also play a key role in training an AI agent to enhance its capabilities, ensuring it aligns with the operational goals of the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the training content and delivery methods. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot strategies will be crucial as you help the organization transition from traditional methods to more innovative, technology-driven approaches. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the progress of training initiatives, using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
