As an Associate in Risk/Compliance at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company adheres to industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws. You will review operational practices and conduct regulatory reviews to identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include communicating with relevant departments to ensure current compliance levels are met and providing training to team members on compliance procedures. You will assist in creating and enforcing policies that promote compliance across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance, you will be involved in various compliance initiatives and contribute to the overall compliance strategy of the company. You will also participate in audits and assessments to evaluate compliance effectiveness and recommend enhancements where necessary.
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $88,560 - $116,235 per year, along with employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program.
