Carvana is seeking an Automotive Cosmetic Inspector to identify cosmetic imperfections and assist in vehicle prepping. This entry-level role offers competitive pay and training opportunities.
You are an entry-level professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry. You may have some experience in automotive prepping, but you are eager to learn and grow in your role. You understand the importance of quality inspections and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer expectations. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
While prior experience in automotive inspections is a plus, it is not required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes is essential. You are open to receiving training and feedback to enhance your skills and contribute to the team.
As an Automotive Cosmetic Inspector at Carvana, you will be responsible for identifying cosmetic imperfections on vehicles before and after the reconditioning and paint processes. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all vehicles meet Carvana's high standards of quality. Your role may involve additional tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles to prepare them for inspection. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you are equipped to perform your duties effectively. You will also participate in training programs designed to help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
