Experience in implementing new technologies and digital solutions for quality management is a plus. You are familiar with onboarding new suppliers and ingredients, and you understand the importance of aligning food safety strategies with company objectives. Your leadership capabilities enable you to navigate challenges and drive initiatives that enhance food safety and quality processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive food safety and quality strategies that align with HelloFresh's objectives. You will oversee all aspects of food safety, quality control, regulatory compliance, and risk management in meal kit operations across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring full compliance with relevant food safety regulations and standards, conducting inspections, audits, and certifications, and leading cross-functional teams to integrate quality and safety standards throughout operations. You will also champion the implementation of new technologies and digital solutions for quality management, contributing to global platform harmonization.
