What you'll do

You will assist in exploring and implementing AI use cases in HR, helping with research, testing tools, and translating insights into practical applications. You will also support company-wide or department-wide HR initiatives, such as performance cycles and employee engagement strategies. Your role will involve preparing presentations, conducting analyses, and providing people insights to help drive HR initiatives forward. You will gain hands-on experience in operational and analytical support, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR team.
