What you'll do

As the SoC Validation Lead, you will define and lead the post-silicon validation strategy for Graphcore's AI SoCs. Your role will involve developing and refining the overall validation approach, ensuring that pre-production software runs reliably on new silicon. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate the silicon's performance, reliability, and functionality before production deployment. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to delivering high-quality validation results, and you will play a central role in shaping the future of AI computing.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the validation process. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial in aligning validation efforts with project goals and timelines. You will mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the validation team.
