Google is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support Large Customer Sales in Taipei. You'll manage core administrative tasks and communicate fluently in Mandarin and English. This role requires 2+ years of administrative experience in a technology environment.
You have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment, where you've honed your skills in core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. Your fluency in both Mandarin and English allows you to effectively partner with local clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and ideally, you have 3 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate setting. Your background includes managing projects and events from pre-planning to execution, showcasing your ability to lead initiatives successfully.
You are proficient with spreadsheets and data sets, which enables you to analyze information and support decision-making processes. Your understanding of process, project, and program management principles allows you to apply these concepts to operational challenges effectively. As an Administrative Business Partner, you are the backbone of your team's business operations, anticipating the needs of your managers and team members to keep projects on track. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay updated with the latest Google products and services, using this knowledge to strategically support your team's projects.
Your organizational skills are complemented by strong analytical abilities, allowing you to resolve operational and administrative issues proactively. You have excellent business judgment and communication skills, which enable you to interact with a variety of people and job functions seamlessly. You are adept at scheduling, maintaining, and updating calendar events, ensuring that your team's time is managed efficiently. You execute expense management activities with guidance, advocating for office space needs and planning internal and external programs and events.
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest tools and technologies that can enhance productivity and collaboration within your team.
