Databricks is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Director for their Startups & Emerging Enterprise team. You'll develop and execute partner territory plans and collaborate with Account Executives to drive business growth. This role requires 5+ years of experience in business development within a technology environment.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development at a top technology company, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales strategies and partner management. You excel in building relationships with various stakeholders, including Account Executives and industry partners, to drive growth in the Startups & Emerging Enterprise sector. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams in executing effective go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.

You are adept at developing and executing territory plans that create subsector strategies to support business growth goals. Your experience allows you to qualify and advance partner opportunities effectively, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of the sales team. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact within the Startups & Emerging Enterprise sales team, responsible for developing and executing a partner territory plan. You will work closely with Sales Leadership and Partner Executives to create unique go-to-market strategies that drive scale and automation. Your efforts will materially accelerate Databricks adoption with C&SI Partners in the Startups & Emerging Enterprise sector.

You will establish and maintain healthy relationships with local C&SI Partner teams that are crucial to our customers in this business area. Your role will involve creating scaled programs with our ecosystem to drive new logo adoption and expand existing customer relationships, specifically around industry partner solutions tied to high-value use cases.
