Airtable is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive hiring across their Sales and Go-to-Market teams. You'll partner with business leaders to address hiring needs and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating roles.
You have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for sales roles, and understand the nuances of hiring top talent in a competitive market. With at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, you excel at sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through a fast-paced hiring process. Your ability to build strong relationships with business leaders allows you to effectively forecast hiring needs and proactively address attrition risks. You are skilled in driving offer acceptance rates through compelling candidate engagement and exceptional closing skills. You thrive in a high-impact environment where your contributions directly shape the future of the organization.
Experience in recruiting for technology or SaaS companies is a plus, as is familiarity with sales roles such as Strategic Account Executives. You are data-driven and can provide consistent reporting on pipeline data, ensuring clear communication of progress and blockers to stakeholders. You understand the importance of delivering a positive candidate experience and are committed to maintaining a high-touch approach throughout the recruitment process.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for all revenue-generating roles at Airtable, focusing on Strategic Account Executives and other high-impact sales positions. You will partner closely with sales and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure that the team maintains 100% capacity across these critical roles. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, managing a high-volume pipeline, and balancing multiple open requisitions. You will drive strong offer acceptance rates by leveraging your market knowledge and engaging candidates effectively. Additionally, you will provide consistent reporting on pipeline data and communicate progress to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.
