You are adaptable and thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside sales and product teams to drive customer success.

Desirable

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and familiarity with API integrations will set you apart. A background in product management or customer success roles within tech companies is a plus, as is a deep understanding of the challenges faced by digital native businesses.

What you'll do

As a Product Engineer at Anthropic, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, guiding them through the deployment of new products and workflows powered by the Claude API. You will work closely with customer product and engineering teams, advising on architecture design decisions and developing evaluation frameworks to ensure successful implementation. Your role will involve coordinating internally across multiple teams to drive customer success and satisfaction.

You will partner with account executives and solutions architects to translate customer needs into technical solutions, ensuring that they can unlock the full potential of our AI systems. Your expertise will help customers navigate the complexities of integrating AI into their products, and you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the deployment process.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance our customers' understanding of AI implementation. You will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring that you can provide the most relevant and effective advice to our clients.
