Anthropic is hiring a Product Engineer to serve as a technical advisor for Digital Native Businesses integrating the Claude API. You'll collaborate with engineering teams and utilize your expertise in AI and machine learning. This role requires strong technical and customer-facing skills.
You have a strong background in engineering, particularly in AI and machine learning, and are passionate about helping technology companies leverage advanced AI systems. Your experience includes working closely with product and engineering teams to guide them through technical challenges and implementation strategies. You excel in communication and can translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for customers. You are committed to ensuring that AI systems are safe, reliable, and beneficial for users and society.
You have a proven track record of advising clients on architecture design and implementation patterns, particularly in the context of deploying AI models. Your ability to build relationships with customers and understand their needs allows you to effectively support them from technical discovery through to successful deployment. You are adaptable and thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside sales and product teams to drive customer success.
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and familiarity with API integrations will set you apart. A background in product management or customer success roles within tech companies is a plus, as is a deep understanding of the challenges faced by digital native businesses.
As a Product Engineer at Anthropic, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, guiding them through the deployment of new products and workflows powered by the Claude API. You will work closely with customer product and engineering teams, advising on architecture design decisions and developing evaluation frameworks to ensure successful implementation. Your role will involve coordinating internally across multiple teams to drive customer success and satisfaction.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance our customers' understanding of AI implementation. You will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring that you can provide the most relevant and effective advice to our clients.
