Job Description

Amazon is looking for a results-driven Onboarding Support Specialist who works closely with a team of Business Development Managers to successfully manage a pipeline of applicants (small business owners) through the sales funnel, guide them through onboarding, and ensure they are ready to launch as new Hub Delivery partners. This role is responsible for building trusting relationships with our prospective Hub partners throughout the sales funnel. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proven history of project management, sales, customer support and process improvements. The candidate also has ownership of delivering the goal with set deadlines. This roles is a good fit for an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is looking to broaden the service experience collaborating with wide range of stakeholders. In order to meet our targets, the Onboarding Support Specialist uses software tools (Excel, Outlook, Salesforce) and has a keen eye to deliver their goal in form of candidate experience and quality within set deadlines.

This role is located in Austin, TX


Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities:

* Manage Hub Delivery’s onboarding as a main point of contact for prospective partners from application to launch
* Project Manage each task and progress in the application and onboarding phase and owns onboarding KPIs.
* Reinforce the program’s value to prospective Hub Partners by understanding it’s benefits, communicating the opportunity and building trust
* Set proper expectations with prospective applicants to ensure they convert to high quality partners
* Track applicant activity and update pipeline in Salesforce, sharing weekly onboarding status updates of assigned applicants, proactively identify risks and propose the risk mitigation plans.
* Troubleshoot application errors and submit Tech tickets to Hub Tech partners to solve
* Collaborate with Field Sales team (Business Development Managers)
* Follow up with prospective partners in a cadence to ensure that the onboarding is finalized on time prior to launch.
* Own the end-to-end inbound lead management process, focusing on converting businesses into valuable partners in our mission to provide convenient pickup and return solutions for Amazon customers.



About the team
The Hub Delivery Partner program is a fast growing part of the Amazon Delivery organization. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners in rural and urban areas to deliver packages to neighbors in their community, acting as Amazon’s Last Mile delivery leg. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios! * 3-4 years in sales and/or customer service experiences
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Positive attitude is a must, along with professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency
* Attention to Detail and ability to problem solve on behalf of our customers
* Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology)experience working in Salesforce or other similar CRMs
