- Demonstrated experience applying AI/GenAI to business problems
- Exceptional communication skills in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
- Ability to operate autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and change leadership- Experience with large-scale HR or benefits programs
- Expertise in building scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Deep understanding of benefits-related data analytics
- Proven track record of technological innovation in corporate settings
- Advanced knowledge of HR technology ecosystems
