Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Growth Account Executive to deepen partnerships with innovative AI-native customers in EMEA. You'll leverage consultative sales expertise to drive strategic commercial discussions. This role requires a passion for AI and experience in consultative sales.
You have a strong background in consultative sales, ideally with experience in the technology or AI sectors. You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships with high-level executives, particularly founders and CEOs of fast-growing companies. Your ability to identify innovative AI use cases and expansion opportunities within strategic accounts sets you apart. You are passionate about the responsible development and deployment of AI technologies, understanding the importance of aligning customer needs with product vision.
You thrive in complex negotiation environments, adept at navigating discussions with multiple stakeholders, including venture capital firms. Your strategic mindset allows you to advocate effectively for customer needs at the highest levels of the organization. You are a proactive communicator, capable of fostering strong engagement between customers and internal teams.
Experience working with AI-native companies or in the AI industry is a plus. Familiarity with the EMEA market and its unique challenges will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A track record of successfully driving strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations will be highly valued.
As a Strategic Growth Account Executive at Anthropic, you will own and deepen relationships with founder and CEO-level executives at leading AI companies.
