Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with at least 5 years of experience focusing on user experience and interface design. Your expertise lies in translating complex data and workflows into simple, intuitive user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You have a proven track record of designing for B2B tools, particularly in the merchant or advertising domain, which gives you a unique perspective on the needs of business users. You are methodical and thoughtful in your approach, ensuring that every design decision is backed by data and user feedback. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to develop impactful solutions. Mentoring junior designers is something you enjoy, as you believe in fostering talent and sharing knowledge within your team.

Desirable

Experience with design systems and a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes will set you apart. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Figma will be beneficial in this role. You are comfortable managing feedback from various stakeholders and can navigate complex organizational structures to ensure design excellence.
