What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Amazon's Delivery Station network. You will analyze operational inefficiencies and build mechanisms to drive effective process and design change strategies. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of Master Operating Plans (MOPs) and standard work metrics, ensuring that operational processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

You will reverse engineer current processes and designs, providing change management solutions to partner engineering teams. Your role will involve driving the implementation of engineering solutions to complex material flow and human/machine efficiency problems throughout the global Amazon supply chain. You will lead and coordinate design and process innovation efforts with functional leaders, developing optimal solutions for the fulfillment and transportation network.

Your ability to drive strong cross-functional alignment will be crucial in establishing a robust prioritization framework across all engineering teams. You will champion the principle of 'Design Right First' to ensure that all engineering solutions are effective and sustainable.
