Who you are

You are an entry-level candidate eager to join Amazon's Work Based Learning Program as a Logistics Specialist. You are physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work with a diverse team of professionals in the AWS Infrastructure Services sector. You understand the importance of safety and security in logistics and are committed to maintaining high standards in these areas. You are open to learning and adapting to the challenges presented by the AWS global infrastructure, which includes data centers and various technical equipment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in a 12-month work and training program designed to equip you with the skills necessary for a successful career in logistics within AWS. You will be involved in the planning and delivery of AWS infrastructure, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. You will collaborate with engineers and supply chain specialists to address logistical challenges and contribute to the overall success of AWS operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the management of inventory, supporting the logistics team in daily operations, and learning about the various components that keep AWS infrastructure running smoothly. You will also engage in training sessions that will enhance your understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
