Point72 is seeking a Senior Recruiter for their Academy team to enhance campus recruiting efforts for their training program. You'll focus on sourcing and evaluating candidates for entry-level positions. This role requires experience in campus recruiting within competitive undergraduate programs.
You have significant experience in campus recruiting, particularly within competitive undergraduate programs — you understand the nuances of identifying and attracting top talent for entry-level positions. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with universities and student organizations is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented, ensuring data integrity and reporting in all applicable databases and ATS. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Academy Management to align on strategic hiring plans.
Experience in financial services or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific skills and competencies required for success in fundamental equities analysis. You are comfortable with data management and reporting, which supports your recruiting efforts.
As a Senior Recruiter on the Academy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Point72 by sourcing and screening candidates for the Academy's training program. You will partner with Academy Management to develop a strategic hiring plan, ensuring that the right candidates are matched with the right opportunities. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic university relationships, planning recruiting events, and leading candidate debrief sessions to ensure a thorough evaluation process. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-caliber pools of candidates, focusing on undergraduates and early-career professionals, and delivering effective initial screenings.
You will support all aspects of global campus recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates. Your role will involve liaising with the Academy recruiting team to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and hiring needs. You will develop strong relationships with potential candidates, universities, and student organizations, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent for the Academy. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you enter and maintain data integrity in all applicable databases and ATS.
Point72 offers a competitive annual base salary range of $170,000-$200,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
