Netflix is seeking a Lead Outsourcing Manager to develop and manage a centralized outsourcing function for Netflix Games. You'll work cross-functionally to optimize costs and ensure high vendor reliability. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on management experience.
You have a strong background in outsourcing management, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry. Your strategic thinking and hands-on approach enable you to design and implement effective outsourcing programs that align with business goals. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with game teams, production, finance, and content acquisition partners to ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to identify the right partners and optimize costs is critical to your success in this role. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in building stronger teams and are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment.
In this role, you will develop and communicate a clear vision for outsourcing that aligns with both developer and business goals. You will define and drive the outsourcing strategy for Netflix Games, from initial solutions to a fully operational, scalable program. As the primary point of contact for all outsourcing needs across the portfolio, you will partner closely with game teams and central production to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include identifying and managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring high vendor reliability across our portfolio. You will also be responsible for shaping our outsourcing strategy and framework, starting with agile, bespoke approaches and maturing into a consistent, scalable system. You will celebrate diversity and recognize that it builds stronger teams, contributing to a culture of inclusion and respect.
