You have a proven track record in leading technical teams and driving go-to-market strategies, particularly in AI and customer communications. With extensive experience in technical delivery, you understand how to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure alignment and success.
