Aircall is seeking a Director, Forward Deployed Engineering & AI GTM Lead to oversee technical delivery and go-to-market execution for their AI-powered customer communications platform. You have a proven track record in leading technical teams and driving go-to-market strategies, particularly in AI and customer communications. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure alignment and success. Your leadership style fosters open communication and encourages team members to take ownership of their projects. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess market needs and adapt strategies accordingly. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the technical delivery and go-to-market execution for Aircall's AI solutions, ensuring they are effectively positioned and implemented in the market.
