Desirable

Experience in the food production or fulfillment industry is a plus. Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics will help you succeed in this role. You are open to feedback and are always looking for ways to enhance your team's performance and the overall operational efficiency of the production center.

What you'll do

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will drive the culture and lead the daily activities of a high-volume prep, cook, and plating production kitchen and fulfillment center. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to build out and lead the operational roadmap for the flagship production and fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operational logistics, creating a positive workplace culture for over 100 employees, and mentoring the leadership team.

You will be responsible for executing final production scheduling and ensuring product quality across all departments. As a liaison between site operations, kitchen, R&D, and other functions within headquarters, you will help your team identify key priorities for the site. You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, developing high standards for execution to meet all KPIs and financial metrics while supporting your team in achieving their goals.
