Apple is seeking an Operational Account Manager for their Wallet and Apple Pay team to provide operational support for banks and financial services partners. This role requires 5+ years of experience in payments operations and strong analytical skills.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital wallet and payments operations, demonstrating a strong background in banking partner management. Your passion for solving complex operational challenges drives you to excel in this role, and you possess a deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, regulations, and industry standards. You have the ability to identify what matters with partners, working closely to drive mutual success. Your strategic thinking and tactical implementation skills are complemented by a persistent attention to detail, allowing you to navigate through ambiguity effectively.
Your strong analytical skills enable you to translate data into actionable insights, making you adept at synthesizing technical issues and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across functions. You are comfortable using AI and automation tools to scale operational support and improve efficiency, showcasing your adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support and coverage for a defined set of banks and financial services partners. You will work collaboratively with these partners to drive adoption of Apple’s Wallet and Apple Pay services, monitor performance metrics, and unblock any technical issues that may arise. Your ability to think strategically will be crucial as you implement tactical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
You will engage in regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that you are well-positioned to provide the necessary support. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you monitor performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them swiftly and effectively.
