DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced environment. You'll ensure product quality and assist with order processing. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to engage in day-to-day operations.

You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You understand the importance of monitoring product quality and freshness, and you follow all HACCP, food-handling, and spoilage management processes diligently. Experience in a retail or fulfillment center is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, such as smartphone devices for scanning packages, will help you excel in this role. You should be comfortable communicating clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app, especially when substitution approvals are needed.
As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. You will also complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management, contributing to a well-organized and efficient workspace.
