You have a proven track record in managing partnerships, ideally within the tech or creative sectors. Your experience includes leading negotiations and managing complex relationships with various stakeholders, including GPU and cloud providers. You possess strong product instincts and are comfortable coordinating across product and creative teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the partnership process.

You thrive in ambiguous environments and have a high level of ownership and autonomy in your work. Your ability to stay informed about the creative AI landscape—tools, models, platforms, and emerging players—enables you to identify and close strategic partnerships effectively. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or creative technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with product integration processes. You may have a background in product management or business development, which gives you a unique perspective on how partnerships can drive product success. A passion for creativity and technology will help you align with Krea's mission of empowering human creativity through AI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead negotiations with GPU and cloud providers, managing credits, capacity, pricing, and SLAs to ensure that Krea's partnerships are beneficial and sustainable. You will own partnerships end-to-end—from strategy and deal structure to product integration and launch—ensuring that all aspects of the partnership are executed smoothly and effectively.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship partnership-related work, ensuring that the technical aspects of partnerships are well understood and integrated into Krea's offerings. Your role will require you to stay on top of the creative AI landscape, continuously researching and analyzing tools, models, and platforms to identify potential partnership opportunities.

You will coordinate with various teams to ensure that partnership initiatives align with Krea's overall strategy and goals. Your ability to manage technically complex partnerships will be crucial in driving Krea's mission forward, as you help build the future of AI creative tooling.
