What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure that operational objectives are met. Your role will involve driving the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives that align with the business plan.

You will take charge of safety, quality, and performance metrics, ensuring that both Inbound and Outbound operations meet the highest standards. By leveraging your team's insights and ideas, you will develop improvement plans that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with support staff and other Senior Operations Managers to build a cohesive operational strategy. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where best practices are shared and implemented across all shifts and departments.
