You are a motivated and experienced individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments. You are excited to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations. You take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You are accountable for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service and are committed to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and, in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will communicate with customers when issues arise and ensure that Dasher pickups go smoothly. You will lead by example, demonstrating best practices in operations and customer service.
