Cloudinary is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to provide data-driven insights that impact customer growth and retention. You'll work with SQL and Python to analyze data and build models. This role requires experience in data analysis and visualization.
You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization. You are proficient in SQL and Python, and you have a knack for uncovering patterns in data that drive business decisions. Your analytical skills enable you to translate complex findings into actionable insights that influence senior leadership. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. You are passionate about using data to improve customer outcomes and drive business strategy. You understand the importance of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and have experience in customer success metrics.
Experience with advanced modeling techniques and data science principles is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI would enhance your ability to communicate insights effectively. You are comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders and have a track record of influencing business strategy through data-driven recommendations.
In this role, you will support the Enterprise customer segment by providing data-driven insights that directly impact customer growth and retention. You will partner closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Training, and Support teams to deliver both foundational analyses and advanced modeling. Your responsibilities will include uncovering patterns in data, building predictive models, and translating your findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You will analyze customer behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You will also collaborate with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions based on your insights. Your work will directly contribute to improving Enterprise customer outcomes and reducing churn.
