SpaceX is seeking a Mission Integration Engineer for their Starship Crew and Cargo Programs. You'll lead programmatic development and execution for NASA’s Artemis program and other missions to the Moon and Mars. This role requires expertise in project and systems engineering.
You have a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in systems engineering and mission management. Your ability to interface with customers and develop robust relationships is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at navigating complex programmatic challenges. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including program managers and regulatory bodies. As a Mission Integration Engineer, you will lead the programmatic development and execution of the Human Landing System as part of NASA’s Artemis program. You will work closely with customer program managers to ensure the successful execution of all contract, flight, and flight test milestones. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to develop and certify the vehicles and systems needed for crew and cargo missions to the Moon and Mars.
You will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule. Your expertise in systems engineering will be crucial as you work to integrate various components and systems into a cohesive mission architecture. You will also engage in proposal and sales development, helping to secure future missions and contracts.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will interface with multiple teams across SpaceX to ensure alignment on mission objectives.
