Overview

Solidcore is seeking a Head Coach & Community Manager to lead the studio and enhance the community experience. You'll be responsible for coaching classes and developing other coaches. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills.

What you'll do

As the Head Coach & Community Manager, you will be responsible for leading an average of ten classes per week — your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional coaching that aligns with the [solidcore] methodology. You will set the standard for other coaches, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide a high-quality experience for clients.

You will play a crucial role in the development of your coaching team — providing ongoing feedback and support during new coach trainings, helping them to refine their techniques and grow in their roles. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the studio.

In addition to coaching, you will work closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that drive studio success — this includes community engagement initiatives, promotional events, and client retention efforts. You will be the face of the studio, representing [solidcore] in the local community and building relationships that enhance the brand's reputation.

You will monitor class attendance and client feedback, using this data to inform your coaching practices and community initiatives — your goal is to create an environment where clients feel valued and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.
