Reflection is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with customers and translate their business needs into technical solutions. You'll work closely with account executives and design customer-specific demos. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in AI technologies.
You have a strong background in solutions architecture, ideally with experience in AI technologies. You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with sales, engineering, and partnerships teams. You are comfortable presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can engage with customers and help them realize the potential of advanced AI systems. You are proactive in developing high-quality technical pre-sales assets that cater to various audiences, from detailed engineering insights to executive summaries.
In this role, you will partner with account executives to deeply understand customer needs and prioritize high-impact use cases. You will design and deliver customer-specific demos and prototypes that showcase the power of Reflection's models. As the primary technical advisor throughout the enterprise sales cycle, you will guide customers from initial discovery to deployment, ensuring they have the support they need to successfully adopt Reflection's technology. You will represent Reflection at customer meetings, partner summits, and industry events, acting as a key liaison between the company and its clients. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining high-quality technical pre-sales assets tailored to different audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the process.
